Easy and free return

In order to guarantee that you are fully satisfied with your purchases, we allow for a quick and easy return.
Upon delivery of the product, you have 14 days to try it on and potentially request a return. We ask that you try on the item without removing the price tags, accessories or labels: we do not accept returns if they do not satisfy these conditions. You may request your return 24 hours after receiving your package, in order to allow for the updating of our system.
The return request procedure is very simple: simply follow these five steps.

Fill out the proforma invoice found inside the package and hand it to the courier upon pick up.

Enter the e-mail you used for the order in the below form as well as the order number.

Take out the return label that you can find inside the package and put the items you wish to return into the box, possibly the one from the original order.
Apply the return label to the outer part of the package, covering the old label on the original box.
In the event of a missing or damaged label, contact Benetton Customer Service to generate a new one.

If you choose home pick-up, a courier will pick up your return on the date you indicated. If you choose to drop off the package at a delivery center, find the one nearest you.

Note: if a different courier is used than the one indicated, in the event of lost or damaged packages Benetton is not responsible and may not be able to reimburse.

As soon as your return arrives at our warehouse, it will undergo quality control checks.
If the products comply with our return conditions, you will receive a reimbursement within a few days.
